Life Update

Hey everyone

I'm truly sorry that i haven't post much lately, i've been ever so busy, which is a surprise. Anyway this is just going to be about a little update about my life

i've been enjoying life ever so much lately and yes that is indeed a good news. I've finally found my true best friends and i'm so glad i've got them. This blog is getting a lot of pageviews and interests makes me feel so happy. And last but not least, CHRISTMAS IS COMING UP!!! if you can't tell already, i'm so excited about it like i can't even explain it in words.

Let's move on to my next point before i blabber on and on about Christmas, i've been thinking to start my very own channel on YouTube which will has the same content as this blog as i feel like this blog has gave me more confidence to step into the next level; YouTube videos. I'm still not sure about it yet but i've received a lot of support from my friends which also added more confidence. I'm going to work as hard as i can to get everything sorted and start soon so that i could include the Christmas editions.

So yeah, i'm sorry if you were hoping for a fashion/beauty post but i'll have a new video coming out in a couple of weeks time (hopefully).
Thank you for taking your time reading this, see you soon my lovelies

YouTube channel

I’m so sorry that i haven’t post any new blog in like a month. I’ve been really busy recently. Me and my friends always wanted to make YouTube videos but none of us were brave enough to do so. We thought i’d be a great idea if we form together because this way, we have each other to support and give help. So we thought it’s about time and now we have our own YouTube channel which is very exciting but scary at the same time. Going out of my comfort zone is a really hard thing to do, to share everything globally is so scary for me but i’m so grateful that i have all my best friends to support me. Let me introduce them for you..

The picture above consist of us all, Emileigh, Me, Megan and Hiba. These girls means so much to me and  i’m so glad we decided to create our YouTube channel as it has brought us closer. Our YouTube channel is called #HASHTAGS. I would love it if you watch/subscribe/ like/ comment/ share our videos on our YouTube channel. It will mean so much to us. It shows your support which is what we needed.

There are meanings why we call it HASHTAGS. First of all, if you don’t know already, on twitter hashtag described what’s trending now. We want to be on trend, that’s the whole meaning really. We also have our hand gesture which is shown below. There are 4 fingers which represents the amount of people there are in the group. 2 fingers is dark and the other 2 is white which connotes us, we have 2 race in the group, 2 British and 2 Asian.

On these videos, you will see a different side of me. What we do is mostly pranks and challenges. MOSTLY. But we will also do videos of us doing tags and videos where we just sit and talk to you guys. This doesn’t mean that I will stop writing on here about Makeup, Beauty and Lifestyle, i will still continue doing it as i enjoy it so much.

New purchases

Hey everyone
Sorry i haven't post many new blog lately as i've been so busy during the half term holiday, although i did a lot of shopping which makes me very happy. So i thought i'll share my recent products that i've purchased lately.

First day of half term, i went straight to do a bit of shopping with Emileigh. (Check out her blog www.allthingsemilyhealeas.blogspot.co.uk) We were planning to buy make up products only that day and we successfully got some really nice products but we were gutted as we couldn't find any shop that sells Urban Decay, Naked pallet.

As you can see above, i bought some high street make up that people have been talking about a lot lately

I bought the real technique brush as it's been recommended a lot on many tutorials/hauls videos that i watch on youtube and now i understand why. The brush is so bush and it's perfect for blending foundation or conceal and gives you a nice finish.

While i was in Superdrug i also bought another maybelline baby lips "peach kiss" as i've been loving the "pink punch". I find it so moisturizing. It acts like lip balm but gives a bit of colour at the same time with a gorgeous smell. It's my life saver, i take it everywhere i go now

Maybelline BB cream has always been my favourite foundation since it came out because it has the perfect consistency for someone like me who doesn't like too much coverage so i got another one. It has the perfect coverage. I just wish they do them in bigger size.

And i can't go home from town without going to Topshop but nothing really catches my eyes except the mini lip bullet, the packaging is so cute and it's only for £5 so why not. I've used it a couple of times now and i love it so much. I just love wearing red/dark lipstick during autumn. You can buy online here http://www.topshop.com/en/tsuk/product/make-up-431/lips-471/mini-lip-bullet-2369951?bi=1&ps=20

Moving on to Fashion.
I didn't buy a lot of clothes lately which is an achievement for me. I did buy few bits and bobs for the autumn/winter season. The essential piece of clothing that you have to have is JUMPERS/SWEATER! Even just talking about them just makes me feel all warm and comfy. Great for layering as well! I already have quite a few but i bought a basic, off white jumper from H&M to add to my collection.

Linking to the whole knitted and white, i also bought a beanie from River Island for such a good bargain. £3 only!

I like wearing hats and beanies when it's autumn/winter time. I feel right wearing them, not only that it adds something to the outfit, i just wouldn't be able to wear hats during summer because i  just want to be free and wear small amount of clothing so it's the only time for me. For that reason i bought a bowler hat as i saw one in Topshop, i love it so much but again, the cost. So i found a vintage shop that sells them for £10 only.

The Magpie's Den
The one that i tried in Topshop. Yes we are indeed popping trace
I've been wanting a velvet piece of clothing and i finally found the one that i like at a reasonable price in River Island (sale) for £12. I wore it for Halloween which you can check out in my last blog post. The colour is perfect for autumn/winter and i think it's quite girly with the floral pattern on it. You can just pair it with a black jumper and it would look so nice as it'd be the main piece of the outfit.

Last fashion stuff is this black ankle boots from Primark for £8. I needed a new shoes for school but i didn't have a lot of money with me when i went to town that day so Primark is the place to go. I didn't have a chance to look around but i'm quite happy with this. I like the texture and the leopard print inside it.

I also got some random stuff to decorate my room a bit; fairy lights and floral print storage box. They're both from Home Bargain in such a cheap price. i'm so glad i bought the fairy lights, i love it so much. It makes my room look so cute and quite festive as it is like a month away from Christmas now, i'm getting so excited about it already haha. I bought the storage box mainly because it was so cheap and it look quite nice but it's actually been useful and looks pretty at the same time.

That is it. Hope you didn't get bored reading all that haha.

Halloween

How was your halloween this year guys?
Mine had its ups and downs haha. Mine started with me and my brother fighting just before we were going to the party. My brother kicked me in my mouth so it was bleeding. While my sister was laughing thinking it's fake blood and that we're acting. No. It's real blood. But anyway, i went to a halloween party and it was really good even though i don't think the amount of sweets i ate was good, oops. I also went trick of treating but only for a bit because it was too cold haha. This takes me to my next point, i do not understand how some girls can manage wearing very little amount of clothing items, i was wearing a jumper and tights & i was freezing but this is just me. Also is it just me who used to say trickle treat instead of trick or treat when i was little haha

I dress up as "day of the dead" which is a mexican celebration. It's a really cool thing to research actually. I concentrate on the make up but it's not so good as i had to rush getting ready and it keeps going wrong so yeah, i do think that it's really shit.  I didn't go all out with my costume because the party was a short notice so i didn't have time to plan it all. But i mainly go with the colour black because i think it symbolizes dead things which is what i tend to be. i also wear my velvet skirt. I will be writing a blog post about my new purchased including this skirt soon so look out for it. I wore this because it gives a vintage look which i also think that it links to the whole "day of the dead". For a side kick i've got this doll that my sister has and i kinda put a bit of make up to make it look a bit scary and dead, i also broke its neck so it'll look better when i hold it.
